Record-Breaking Support at our 2026 Golf Day!
What a day! While the weather may have been less than kind, it certainly didn’t dampen the spirit, generosity or enthusiasm out on the course.
The 2026 Youth Opportunities Golf Day, proudly presented by Tanti Group of Companies, brought together an incredible community of supporters who braved the elements to help create brighter futures for young people across South Australia.
Thanks to the generosity of everyone involved, we are thrilled to share that this year’s event raised $130,000 — a new record for Golf Day!
Every swing, sponsorship and show of support will help more young people access Youth Opportunities’ life-changing Personal Leadership Programs, empowering them to build confidence, develop resilience, set goals and believe in their potential.
One of those young people is Sophie, who shared her experience during the day:
“The program didn’t change me overnight, but it gave me something far more powerful. It gave me the tools to understand myself, to reflect and to grow. It taught me to be curious instead of critical... It taught me the importance of kindness, not just towards others, but towards myself.”
Stories like Sophie’s are a powerful reminder of the real impact made possible through events like the Golf Day. Behind every dollar raised is a young person gaining the support, confidence and self-belief they need to move forward.
Despite the rain, the atmosphere throughout the day was filled with energy, connection and generosity, with supporters coming together both on the course and later during the dinner celebrations.
