Gift in Wills
Create life-changing opportunities through your Will
Leave a legacy of empowerment with Youth Opportunities
By including a gift in your will to Youth Opportunities, you can help shape a brighter future for young Australians experiencing disadvantage. Your support ensures our Personal Leadership Programs continue to empower students with confidence, resilience, and life skills that benefit not only them but also their peers, families, schools, and communities.
Why Your Gift Matters
Your legacy can make a real, lasting difference:
Support programs that build leadership, confidence, and resilience
Reduce behavioural challenges and foster positive school culture
Empower young people to reach their full potential and thrive
Types of Gifts You Can Leave:
We understand every supporter’s circumstances are unique. Common options include:
Residuary Gift: A percentage or remainder of your estate after other bequests
Percentage Gift: A fixed percentage of your estate
Specific Gift: A set amount of money, property, shares, or valuable items
Even a small gift can have a profound, long-lasting impact.

There is no obligation to include us in your Will, but any gift is deeply appreciated and enables us to continue empowering young Australians to lead, engage, and thrive.
Our Partnership with Safewill
From 1 September – 15 September, as part of Free Wills Fortnight, our supporters can take advantage of the offer to write a Will, with the option to leave a gift to Youth Opportunities.
In March we launched our partnership with Safewill, which provided our supporters with an opportunity to write a Will online, and - if they chose - create a lasting legacy of hope for young people as part of Free Wills Fortnight
Creating a Will is something many of us mean to get around to, but often put off. Having one can create peace of mind, allowing you to take care of the people and causes that matter to you. We were so please many supporters saw value in our partnership and created their Will online, free of charge.
If writing or updating your Will is something you’ve been meaning to do, this is a simple way to get started. Having a Will can bring peace of mind, and helps ensure the people and causes that matter to you are taken care of.
Some supporters, like Joy, choose to include Youth Opportunities in their Will as a way of creating lasting opportunities for young people.
‘Giving young people the opportunity to be their best, no matter their circumstances, is really important to me. I like that through Youth Opportunities I can see the impact my gift will have each time a young person graduates from their program.’
You can use this opportunity to support a cause you care about, or simply to get your affairs in order. There’s no obligation either way, but if you’ve been meaning to write or update your Will, it’s an easy, free way to do so.
