Audi Adelaide and Audi Foundation come Together to Support Young People

On Wednesday 16 September, Audi Adelaide and the Audi Foundation brought together supporters, partners and members of the Youth Opportunities community for a special afternoon in support of young people.

Hosted as part of the Audi Foundation’s Driving Change initiative, the event was an opportunity to celebrate the partnership and shine a light on the work of Youth Opportunities, while enjoying an afternoon of networking, hospitality, great food and Wirra Wirra wines.

Driving Change - Changing Lives

The event also featured a live broadcast of the FIVEAA Sports Show, with Stephen Rowe and Tim Ginever broadcasting from Audi Adelaide. Youth Opportunities Chair Nick Chigwidden and Youth Opportunities Ambassador Charlie Edwards joined the broadcast to talk about the organisation’s work and the difference our programs can make in the lives of young people.

Charlie, who recently joined Youth Opportunities as an Ambassador, spoke movingly about why he chose to support Youth Opportunities and his belief in the importance of giving young people the confidence, skills and support to create positive futures for themselves.

Generosity that Drives Change

The afternoon also included a silent auction, with generous prizes donated by Adelaide Football Club, Audi Adelaide, Bickfords Group, Chrissy Esau & Mike Young, Harvey Norman Gepps Cross and PhysioXtra. Together, the auction raised vital funds to support Youth Opportunities programs and help more young people build the confidence, resilience and life skills they need to thrive.
