The program can support a cultural shift in schools by helping young people with the tools and strategies to create change in their lives. We work with young people to grow their confidence, improve their self-esteem, enhance their planning skills, strengthen their communication and think about their futures. We consistently hear from our school partners that young people come back into the school environment with a sense of self and purpose. In the classroom, educators report better attendance, reduced behaviour issues, improved academic performance and a more positive learning environment. Young people have reported that the program has a positive impact on their wellbeing, their relationships and their ability to engage with education. We see young people who attend our programs as more likely to gain employment and a clear purpose.

Our programs can be tailored to fit the specific needs of your schools depending on your cohort and needs of your young people. We find that having a conversation with interested partners helps to set the program up for success and determine which is right for your school.
